Please Inspect Your Sofa Upon Delivery

We kindly ask all customers to carefully inspect their sofa at the time of delivery before our delivery team leaves your property. Please check the sofa for any visible damage, missing parts, defects, or other issues.

If you notice any problem, please report it to the delivery team immediately so that it can be recorded and addressed appropriately.

Once the delivery team has left your property, we cannot accept responsibility for any damage, missing parts, or issues that were not reported at the time of delivery.

Returns & Refunds

If you decide to return your sofa after delivery and request a refund, an £80 delivery and collection charge will be deducted from the refund amount. This charge covers the original delivery and the cost of collecting the sofa from your property.

We recommend that you carefully check the size, colour, layout, dimensions, and suitability of the sofa before placing your order to help ensure it is the right choice for your home.
